EVALUATION OF TOXICITY OF BENZIMIDAZOLE DERIVATIVES AND THEIR EFFECT ON FUNCTIONAL PARAMETERS OF CERIODAPHNIA DUBIA RICHARD, 1894

Recently, due to active development of the pharmaceutical industry, an acute problem environmental pollution with synthetic biologically compounds has arisen. Benzimidazole cycle is one most frequently encountered pharmacophores in drugs. Substances containing even microquantities benzimidazole have a toxic effect on living systems. Besides, being alien nature, benzimidazoles are not included metabolic processes and do decompose for long time. Evaluation toxicity, its stability aquatic environment, impact biological parameters will make it possible predict changes populations ceriodaphnia other organisms.
 The purpose work evaluate toxicity derivatives their survival fertility Ceriodaphnia dubia Richard, 1894.
 Materials Methods. In chronic experiments, authors determoined standard toxicological studies: median lethal concentrations (LC50), life expectancy, total number offspring, litters per female, average hatching was established terms lethality during 30-day exposure.
